Oakland Zoo

Went on a trip to the Oakland Zoo. The kids had a great time and really enjoyed seeing the animals.

CC Family Camp 2007 Petaluma

Camping was so much fun!! The freedom the kids had of just non stop playing and walking around without mom or dad holding them was just soooo much fun for them! The weather was perfect we swam and pet the animals at the petting zoo we even watched some kareoke! None of us went up there of course! The end came quickly though and we came home completely exhausted!!! I needed at least a day of just sitting and not chasing kids around! (which didn't happen)What a blessed weekend! Our kids are growing, growing, growing!!!!!

Vacation Bible School!!

Mia attended VBS last week and let me tell you it was an emotional, fun, heartwarming, hot time!! She had a hard time with mommy leaving her and so she decided to cry!! So I stayed with her two of the four days that she went! (that's right I gave in) You don't understand when Mia cries her big crocodile tears you want to give her whatever she wants. Leaving her crying was so emotionally draining for me but hello it was only for three hours!! Even with all the crying going on Mia still had a wonderful time and met some amazing people and kids! On thursday she said the sinners prayer and accepted Jesus in her heart which was just to precious hearing her say the prayer made me realize how much I have to be accountable for her little life to teach her more and more about the lord. I'll be back to write about our camping trip.

Beach Day!

We headed to the beach on this day and the kids had a blast who wouldn't there's sand and water!! It's paraside to them!! I thought I was going to get to hang out in the with Evan and Mia but no such luck Mia did great swimming with the boys but Evan just wanted to be in the water the whole time so guess where I was.... in the water the whole time!! I got a nice sun burn but it was well worth it since they came home beat and gave my a couple hours of rest!! I LOVE SUMMERTIME!!!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

My Birthday was May 29th and I turned 31! Yeah! We decided to go on a little adventure and so we went took Bart to San Fran and went to this little Aquarium and then walked around the city for a couple hours. When we got home we were all totally pooped!! I had some amazing melodies on my answering machine of Happy Birthday tunes that I wish I could have copied to a disc because they were hilarious!!! Not to mention the cute gifts right outside my front door!! I felt very special on my special day! a couple days later a few of the girls took me out to dinner and BOWLING!!!! It was so much fun I can't even express how wonderful I felt that night!! The lord has answered so many of my prayers, my hearts desires. Having these amazing women around me has definately been one of my answered prayers!! Thank you lord for another birthday and yet I feel more and more complete and younger! AMEN!!!

Madera, CA

Drove to Madera, California on May 19th and met up with my mother in law and Clint's aunt Penny and Grandma and Clint's cousin Jaime. It was such a blessing to see his family. We probably hadn't seen some of them in two or three years. The lord truly blessed us with a beautiful day and great company! The kids were so awesome they played outside in the dirt with sticks and throwing rocks for hours! Thank you Jesus!!

San Ramon Park

On May 18th we decided to take a little trip to San Ramon and have ourselves a little picnic. It was so much fun and the kids all loved it. On the way home there were some sleepy heads which was great for mom let me tell you!! This is summer is starting of just great! (hey did you see Superman and Spiderman eating their lunch?)

POOL TIME!

It was a really hot day so we went over to the Weiners house and had a pool party! The kids loved it, they have so much fun playing in the water. And Evan for some reason loves to suck the water out of the hose! It's pretty silly and I finally got to capture the moment in a picture!

Free Bart Ride!!!

Mia and Evan went on their first Bart ride Last week and it was lots of fun!! At first it was very scary for both of them they were holding on to me for dear life and I was a little scared myself because I don't normally do things like that without my security blanket(CLINT) so thank you

Nikki for taking me out of my comfort zone!! We stopped at Walnut Creek and had dinner and ice cream at Fuddruckers and on the ride back to our car Mia and Evan were totally fine. In fact Evan wanted to run up and down inside the train isn't that awesome! That was such a blessing because I really didn't want them to keep pulling my shirt down and showing everyone my boobs! It was such an adventure and I absolutetly loved it! Thank you Lord that we all made it back in one piece even though there were a couple of collisions (between the kids) and thank you that you are always with me to give strength when I have to put my fears aside and be strong for the kids, without you I'm nothing! (and Trina girl I'm gonna get those pages on here ASAP!! thanks for the push!! )

It's been how Long....24 days!!!!!

I can't believe that I haven't blogged in well forever I was doing so good than life happens and just like that blogging comes off of my list of things to do.

So here I am, I now have another little guy (Ike) added to my family he's here monday-friday and between the hours of 8 to 4 not to bad!! It's been fun and very exhausting I have nothing left at the end of the day to do my usual crafts, but I'm changing that this week. I need to finish Mia's scrapbook and I have a couple of cute gifts to make. I will post pictures when I finish them!

I was blessed to attend a women's retreat a couple of weeks ago and it was just AMAZING!! I was surrounded by some awesome women and just blessed by them and their amazing suggestions, their stories and struggles and just how god has moved in their lives. One thing is for sure I don't want to be throwing PITY Parties!! (no one is coming) I need to keep putting on my armor and drawing closer to God so all the noise around me is faint and I can hear him whispering in my ear. I loved all the moms who came along side me and just opened their hearts to me, thank you so much for your honesty and making me realize that I'm not alone. My husband did such a great job while I was gone He made it to church and Mia's hair looked cute! I was so proud of him!( i've taught him well)

Let's Play Dress-up!

Mia invited her little neighbor friends Kilani and Anaya over to play dress up the girls were just to cute! There were some Fairies, princesses, ballerinas and even a doctor in the house! It was just to precious the best part was Mia sharing with them about how she thinks there's monsters in her room but that god is with her and so she is not scared! I was just grinning from ear to ear to hear her sharing! Praise god!!!

Here's a few of the pictures that I took unfortunately I kept forgetting my camera which is so not like me! It was a blast in monterey camping with family and friends. But let me tell you camping with two little ones was exhausting!!!! I felt like I needed at least two more days to catch up ! The kids had so much fun and just enjoyed ever moment they spent with everyone that it was hard to get them to come home with us! (what be with mom and dad when we can be with all these other cool people, Please!!) Thank you lord for a beautiful Weekend!!

Bangs Baby!!!

We had a very busy weekend but very fun! Which I love it when at the end the kids look exhausted but yet are so content that they've spent time with their friends and also did stuff with their family! My sister in law Jen her Birthday is tomorrow so me and her sister planned a surprise party for her with all her other girlfriends at this pottery place today and it was so much fun! She seemed surprise which is good considering I almost told her like five times today who was going! Thank you lord that I kept my mouth shut! I must say that I love to do things for other people if I was rich I would seriously be broke because I would love to throw everyone a party and just spoil them! It is so much fun and the look on their faces is priceless! Check this picture out this is me in 8th grade with my friend Jaime and Tiffany! We are sooo cool! (okay maybe not!) I have a little sister named Meghan she is fisteen years old and I was thinking today as I was watching Mia playing doing things my sister would have done how time is just going by so fast. I remember putting my sister to bed and thinking I can't wait till you are in high school it's going to be great! And here she is a Fresman and just beautiful, smart, loves the lord and I'm in just tears over how much I'm missing in her life right now! I thought I was going to be there taking her to her friends house and hanging out with me and it is so not the case she's in southern california and I'm here far far away. I miss her so much and the lord has filled some of that with my two cutie pies. Thank you lord. I Love you so much Meghan I pray for you everyday, you will always be my first little girl in my heart!! God Bless you!

Happy First Birthday Natalia!

Woke up today at 9:35 that's right I said 9:35 I could'nt believe it my kids slept in they are usually up at 7:30 and I make them wait till 8 to get up. It felt so good! But sundays usually we are all up early but it was way to late so we didn't make it to church. Lord please forgive us!!! We did make it to Natalia's First Birthday Party!! It was so cute, the kids had a great time and of course Nikki did a great job with the decorations, food and the cake was awesome!! Clint starts his week at work on sundays and it is always the hardest day for me so it was nice to have done something fun for all of us. We will see what this week has in store for us. God Bless!
